THOMPSON AQUATIC GARDENS Road Trip

ROAD TRIP !! a SHORT one - with the price of gas, this will be a nice family outing that won't cost a lot - if you can resist buying fish! We have been invited to visit the THOMPSON AQUATIC GARDENS in Pueblo, CO on June 21. Hours are from 10 am - 2 pm. Jeff Thompson has 100 acres of land and 30 or so ponds, and raises koi and cacti. So bring the family and friends and come for a tour! Please note: If you are planning to buy koi, you will need to bring your check book or cash. This opportunity is being offered in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Koi Club in Denver. In order for Jeff to sell fish to us at this event, he is woring with the retail license of RMKC. Thus payment will be made to RMKC by either cash or check - no credit cards. The address is 32301 Daniel Road, Pueblo Go South on I-25 to Pueblo - take exit 100A to merge onto US-50 E toward La Junta. Go about 6.5 miles to CO-233, and take a right. Go another 1.4 miles and turn left at CTR-31/Daniel Road.

The Pikes Peak Water Garden Society meetings are held every 2nd Thursday from April to September.  Most meetings start at 7:00 PM and wrap up around 9:00 to 9:30 PM.

This year our meetings will once again be held at the Mountain View Church of Christ located at 1080 East La Salle Street.  This is at the west end of Constitution Avenue on the southwest corner.

Enter through the east door on the north side of the church.
