Annual Member Picnic

will be the date for the annual member picnic.

The Pikes Peak Water Garden Society meetings are held every 2nd Thursday from April to September.  Most meetings start at 7:00 PM and wrap up around 9:00 to 9:30 PM.

This year our meetings will once again be held at the Mountain View Church of Christ located at 1080 East La Salle Street.  This is at the west end of Constitution Avenue on the southwest corner.

Enter through the east door on the north side of the church.

Meeting Minutes

Pikes Peak Water Garden Society
General Club Meeting Minutes
October 12, 2006

Meeting called to order at about 5:45 by Bob Pollock, President, at the Mt. View Church of Christ.

This meeting was the annual “picnic” in which The Club purchased food catered by RED, HOT, AND BLUE, and fried chicken from Albertsons. Members provided desserts in a potluck fashion. 87 members and guests had reservations, 75 attended. Slides were shown of the pond tour. A good time was had by all. Many members stayed behind and assisted with cleanup. Their assistance was well appreciated.

Door prizes were handed out. Jan Foster has the list of recipients and prizes for the newsletter.

The meeting was adjourned at about 8:00 p.m.
