Join us for a history of our club followed by an Ice Cream Social. All our former and current members are welcome! Meet the alumni members that made our club a success and get your questions answered by the experts.

The Pikes Peak Water Garden Society meetings are held every 2nd Thursday from April to September.  Most meetings start at 7:00 PM and wrap up around 9:00 to 9:30 PM.

This year our meetings will once again be held at the Mountain View Church of Christ located at 1080 East La Salle Street.  This is at the west end of Constitution Avenue on the southwest corner.

Enter through the east door on the north side of the church.

Meeting Minutes

Pikes Peak Water Garden Society Club Meeting Minutes
June 8th 2017

Meeting called to order 7:05 pm Adjourned 8:10pm


PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE: 41

Bob kicked off the meeting and gave and opportunity for new members to introduce themselves as well as the older members that got the club started originally.

Bev Kratzer gave a report on the plant sale that was held at the Printers home on June 3rd. Bev gave special thanks to all of the members that came to the workshop as well as the plant sale to help out. These could not be possible without the support from are members. Plant sale profit was $1776.68.

TREASURERS REPORT: Shirley went over the treasurer’s report.

• Checking balance $3,304.08
• Savings $2,651.60


Bob went over the history of the club from its conception. Past member all spoke to how it was created and all of the hurdles they had to climb to keep it running. There a lot of questions from present members and everyone had a great time.


Bob presented the Honorary Membership to Ron Bissonnette for all of his time and effort dedicated to the creation of the club.

Bob started the Raffle and had everyone help themselves to Ice cream to finish out the meeting.
